Service Description

You’ll learn how to: · Take your 4WD vehicle over different terrains – from sand and slopes to dirt and ditches · Safely cross water · Recover your vehicle if it gets bogged · Change a wheel · Drive to minimise your impact on the environment How it works; When you register for the course, we’ll post the Getabout Training Services Guide Book to you. You’ll get plenty of time to read it as prep before your driver training day, and you’ll complete some short written exercises based on your reading. On the day of your training, bring your 4WD vehicle and we’ll review your answers and discuss any questions – then it’s time to get behind the wheel! We have a maximum instructor-student ratio, so you’ll receive personalised training to get the skills you need. Further student information, including Terms & Conditions, is available on the Getabout Training Services website. https://www.getabout.edu.au Private 4WD Course available per vehicle with up to two drivers. You can choose the date and venue, (subject to availability). This qualification could also entitle the participant to Insurance premium discounts.
