Service Description

This is a One Day Course and you will be learning the following, - You will be checking your trailer is safe, secure and loaded properly. - Connect your trailer to your vehicle for optimal safety. - Spot potential problems before they derail your journey. - Drive – forward and reverse – with a trailer. - Tow a trailer safely in traffic and the open road. - Decouple and park your trailer appropriately. How it works; When you register for the course, we’ll post the Getabout Training Services Guide Book to you. You’ll get plenty of time to read it as prep before your driver training day, and you’ll complete some short written exercises based on your reading. On the day of your training, bring your vehicle and we’ll review your answers and discuss any questions – then it’s time to get behind the wheel and learn how to Tow! We have a maximum instructor-student ratio, so you’ll receive personalised training to get the skills you need. You can choose the date and venue, (subject to availability). This qualification could also entitle the participant to Insurance premium discounts.
